TankerGo Terms of Service — Fleet Owners

For TankerGo for Fleet Owners. Last updated: [date of publishing].

These terms are an agreement between your business (“you”, “fleet owner”) and [Company legal name], [Registered address] (“TankerGo”). By registering you accept them on behalf of your business, and confirm you are authorised to do so.

1. Relationship

You are an independent business. TankerGo provides a platform that brings you orders and collects payment; it does not employ you or your drivers. You decide which vehicles and drivers you put on the platform, and you are responsible for them.

2. Registration and verification

  • Give accurate business details: business name, owner name, business type (water supply, sewer management or both) and, where you have one, GST number.
  • We may ask for KYC documents such as PAN, Aadhaar, GST certificate, trade licence and a cancelled cheque, and verify them. We may approve, reject or ask for more information at our discretion.
  • Keep your details and documents up to date. Business details are locked once approved; contact support to change them.

3. Vehicles

  • Every vehicle must be roadworthy, legally registered, insured, and hold any permit your area requires. Upload the RC, insurance and permit when asked, and keep them valid.
  • Enter the correct registration number, service type (water or sewer) and tank capacity. Orders are matched to vehicles by these details.
  • Water vehicles must only carry water fit for the water type ordered. Sewer vehicles must never be used for water.

4. Drivers

  • You add drivers and share their invite code with them. You approve each driver before they can take jobs.
  • You are responsible for making sure every driver holds a valid driving licence, is trained and fit to drive, and behaves safely and respectfully.
  • You choose which vehicles each driver may drive. A driver only receives jobs their current vehicle can do.
  • You can see your drivers’ live location and job status while they are on duty; use it only to run your fleet.

5. Orders and service areas

  • Orders are offered to your eligible drivers who are online nearby. The first driver to accept gets the job.
  • You can choose the service areas you cover. Choosing none means you receive orders from every area.
  • Complete accepted jobs as described in the order, on time, and with the correct quantity.

6. Commission, wallet and payouts

  • TankerGo charges a commission on each completed order. The rates that apply to you are shown in the app, and each order records the rate charged.
  • Online payments: are collected by TankerGo; your share is credited to your wallet.
  • Cash on delivery: your driver collects the full amount, and the commission is recorded in your wallet as money you owe. Your wallet can go negative.
  • If money owed passes the limit shown in the app, new orders may be paused until you top up your wallet.
  • You can withdraw a positive balance to a bank account or UPI ID in your name, above the minimum shown in the app. Payouts are confirmed against a real bank transfer reference.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes, including GST on your services.

7. Quality, safety and compliance

Follow all laws that apply to your business, including water-supply, environmental, sewage-disposal, labour and transport rules. Dispose of sewage only at authorised sites.

8. Disputes and complaints

You can raise disputes in the app. We will look at order records, photos, locations and messages, and our decision on platform matters (such as commission and refunds) is final, without affecting your legal rights.

9. Suspension and termination

We may pause or close your account if you break these terms, receive repeated serious complaints, supply unsafe water, submit false documents, or leave dues unpaid. You can close your account once your wallet is settled in both directions and no order is in progress.

10. Indemnity and liability

You agree to cover TankerGo for claims arising from your vehicles, your drivers, or the water or service you provide. To the extent the law allows, TankerGo is not liable for indirect losses or loss of business, and its total liability to you is limited to the commission it earned from you in the three months before the claim.

11. Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms, and will tell you in the app before significant changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at [City] have jurisdiction.

12. Contact

  • Support: [support phone], or Help in the app.
